Active, Older Adults

Active, older adults are welcome to participate in any of our fitness and aquatics classes. For guidance about what classes are best for you, please contact Diana Vita, our Group Wellness Director or Vickie Tsakmakis, our Aquatics Director.

We offer several classes specifically for adults ages 62 older.

Enhance Fitness – a special  16 week program designed to help older adults at all fitness levels to be more active, energized and empowered.

Getting Together – Adult Activities
