LIVESTRONG at the YMCA
A free, 12-week small group program designed to help cancer survivors regain their total health. Participants work with Y staff trained in supportive cancer care to safely achieve their goals such as building muscle mass and strength; increasing flexibility and endurance; and improving confidence and self-esteem.
YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program
The YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program is an evidence-based, one-year small group program for adults who are overweight and at high risk for developing type 2 diabetes, or have been diagnosed with prediabetes.
Enhance Fitness
Designed for older adults of all fitness levels—especially those managing conditions like arthritis—EnhanceFitness is an evidence-based group exercise program which offers a fun and supportive way to get moving.
Walk with Ease
An evidence based walking program from the Arthritis Foundation. You do not need to have arthritis to enroll in this program and we welcome all fitness levels. Free and open to the community.
Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program
Our four month Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring program offers personalized support as participants develop the habit of monitoring their blood pressure.
