Personal Training at the Rye Y Y is designed to be a motivating and positive experience. Our trainers help participants achieve specific goals, ease fears and anxieties, and take their health to the next level. This one-on-one training is great for those just starting out as well as experienced athletes.
Sessions are good for 6 months after purchase and are not refundable. Membership required. You must cancel 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the session.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Groups of 3-6 people are formed with the trainer of your choice. The trainer customizes a workout program designed to fit the group’s needs. This is a great way to have affordable training, get results, and meet new people! The groups meet twice a week for three weeks.
