Group Exercise and Aqua Exercise Classes
Group Exercise and Water Exercise Classes are FREE for Rye Y Members and are a great way to meet new people and find a fitness routine that can be right for you and your comfort level. Group Exercise classes include Tai Chi, Balls & Balance, Gentle Yoga, Active Fitness and more. Our Aqua exercise classes are offered in both our large Brookside pool and smaller warmer pool.
Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the United States. The game combines elements of badminton, ping pong, and tennis. We hold both indoor and outdoor Pickleball classes depending on the season. View details in our program guide.
Community Health Programs
Our community health programs include the YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA for cancer survivors and the Walk with Ease program.
