Rye YMCA Swim Team Makes Waves at New York State Championships
The Rye Y Wave Ryeders ended a strong season by clinching remarkable victories at the YMCA State Championships held from March 15 – 17 in East Meadow, New York.
The team won championships in two divisions, both the girls 8-and-under division, and the 10-and-under boys division. Overall, they secured an impressive sixth place among 30 teams, winning two individual championships and two relay championships.
