Rye YMCA Expands with New Summer Group Exercise Location in Mamaroneck
The Rye YMCA is proud to announce a new group exercise location in the heart of Mamaroneck, offered for the summer season at St. Thomas Church, 68 W. Boston Post Road. This location provides greater access to welcoming, high-quality wellness programs for individuals of all backgrounds and abilities in our community.
The Y will offer weekday morning and midday classes, including yoga, Zumba, Pilates, strength and cardio at the Mamaroneck location. Free trial classes will be available May 11–15, with the first four-week session beginning May 18.
“This 12-week program is about more than fitness—it’s about connection,” said Heidy Barros, Senior Director of Health & Wellness. “We’re excited to support individuals at every stage of their wellness journey in a welcoming, inclusive environment.”
Programs are open to both non-members and Rye Y members, with four-week unlimited class passes available: $75 for non-members ($65 for seniors) and $25 for members. Participants can attend as many classes as they like during each session. Three four-week sessions are scheduled: Three upcoming 4-week sessions will be offered.
