REGISTER FOR CLASS PASS

Beginning May 11, the Rye will offer a schedule of energizing group exercise classes in the heart of Mamaroneck.  The classes are located at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 168 W. Boston Post Road, across three four-week sessions.

Free trial classes will be available May 11–15, with the first four-week session beginning May 18. Update:  5/11 - Free Trial Classes are no longer available - all classes are full. 

The Mamaroneck location provides greater access to welcoming, high-quality wellness programs this summer for individuals of all backgrounds and abilities in our community.

Participants can expect:

  • Classes designed for all fitness levels and abilities

  • Programs rooted in the Rye Y’s mission to strengthen spirit, mind, and body for all

Program Offerings

The Mamaroneck schedule will include a variety of popular classes, such as:

  • Yoga
  • Zumba
  • Pilates
  • Strength & Cardio

Classes will be available Monday through Friday, with convenient morning and midday options to meet diverse schedules.

Flexible Access

To ensure accessibility and flexibility, both Rye Y members and non-members are welcome:

  • Non-Member Fee: $75 4-Week Class Pass ($65 for seniors)
  • Member Fee: $25 4-Week Class Pass
  • Enjoy unlimited classes during your 4-week pass—participants may attend as many classes as they’d like
  • Three upcoming 4-week sessions will be offered. 
    May 18-June 12; June 15-July 10; July 13-August 7
  • No long-term commitment required. ·
