Adult Swim Classes

We offer classes for adults who wish to gain confidence in the water and learn to swim. 

Water Exercise

Our water exercise classes are a great way to improve overall fitness and wellbeing in a fun, welcoming environment.  Water offers natural resistance, supporting the body, putting less stress on joints and muscles.

 Reservations are required and can be made up to 73 hours in advance.
