Pulse
Pulse is a dynamic, progressive group training program led by certified
Personal Trainers. This program focuses on building cardiovascular strength and endurance while steadily monitoring your maximum output in a class setting.

Small Group Training
We offer small group classes each program session including Basic Training, HIIT and more. View the current program guide for details. You may also form a small group with 3-6 people with the trainer of your choice. The trainer customizes a workout program designed to fit the group’s needs.
Teen Passport
Designed for members age 14 years old to receive personal training and instruction on how to safely use all equipment in the Fitness facility. Each of the five sessions are 45 minutes in duration. Successful completion and signed agreement of program entitles teen to full unsupervised use of the fitness facility.
