Outdoor Group Exercise classes are limited to 14 participants in order to maintain social distancing. During inclement weather, the instructor may make the determination to hold the class in the Group Ex studio or gymnasium. (Masks required and limited participants).
Classes in the Group Ex studio are limited to 8 participants
Classes in the Gymnasium are limited to 12 participants (1/2 gym)
Indoor cycling classes are limited to 8 bikes.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring a water bottle and mat and towel if needed. Masks are required but can be removed during exercise except group walking. Please wear sunscreen.
RESERVATIONS are required. We are limiting class size for your safety. Reservations may be made 2 days before your class by calling the Y at 914-967-6363. For Monday classes, please call on Saturday as we are closed on Sunday. Please sign our pre-arrival waiver electronically before you arrive at the Y.
ARRIVAL: At the Y you will check in, scan your membership card (or barcode on your app) and then head to your class. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early.
