Outdoor Group Exercise classes are limited to 10 participants in order to maintain social distancing. During inclement weather, the instructor will make the determination to either cancel or modify the class.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring a water bottle and mat and towel if needed. If your class uses weights, please bring hand weights. Masks are required but can be removed during exercise except group walking. Please wear sunscreen.
RESERVATIONS are required. We are limiting class size for your safety. Reservations must be made the day before your class by calling the Y at 914-967-6363. For Monday classes, please call on Saturday as we are closed on Sunday. Please sign our pre-arrival waiver electronically before you arrive at the Y.
ARRIVAL: At the Y you will check in, scan your membership card (or barcode on your app) and then head to the circle. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early.
