Cleaning/Sanitizing Updates During Our Closure

HVAC system deep cleaned. The fresh air intakes on all units were opened all the way to allow more fresh air in. We have replaced our air filters with MERV 13 filters to capture smaller particles.

Ongoing Cleaning/Sanitizing Procedures

All products used are on the approved CDC N list for use against COVID 19.

Daily Procedures

Staff will continuously wipe down all high touch points surfaces such as door handles, light switches, counter tops, handles, hand rails in all areas of the building with Maxim Facility, GE Fight Bac RTU.
All restrooms: will be cleaned and disinfected frequently with Virex 2. Surfaces will be sanitized and disinfected including all high touch points surfaces such as door handles and light switches. A bowl cleaner will be used for toilets and a glass cleaner for mirrors.
Lobby entrance, stairwells and hallways including high touch points surfaces such as door handles, light switches, counter tops, handles, hand rails will be cleaned and disinfected every hour with Maxim Facility, GE Fight Bac RTU.
Members in the Fitness Center are expected to wipe down their equipment before and after use.
Fitness Center: all high touch points such as door handles, light switches, counter tops, handles, hand rails and equipment will be sanitized/disinfected every hour or more frequently with Maxim Facility, GE Fight Bac RTU.
All floors will be moped and disinfectant every 4 hours or more frequently if needed with Virex II.

Overnight Cleaning

Maintenance staff will clean all areas that were cleaned during the day with Maxim Facility, GE Fight Bac RTU and Virex II, but will be using a mist sprayer and an electrostatic sprayer for hard to reach areas like hand weights and fitness center equipment. The sprayer charges liquids so it seeks out and wraps itself around surfaces quickly and evenly.

Maxim Facility, GE Fight Bac RTU. will be used in: Fitness Center, Child Watch, MPR, Exer Zone, Fit zone, Game room, Child watch, Membership and Member lounge.
Virex II will be used in all restrooms, Universal Locker room, hallways, wet corridor and the lobby.
All offices will have the carpet vacuumed and the room sprayed with Maxim Facility, GE Fight Bac RTU..
