Temporary Hours of Operation:
Sunday Closed for disinfecting the facility
New protocols, effective June 1:
Masks are no longer required if:
You are fully vaccinated. (It’s been at least two weeks since your Moderna or Pfizer second shot or since your one J&J shot.)
You have shown proof of your vaccination to our membership staff. Either a vaccination card or NYS Excelsior pass will be accepted. You’ll have to show it only once and we’ll update your account.
Masks are required if: You are over the age of two and have not been fully vaccinated. All Rye Y staff will continue to wear masks.
Masks are recommended if: Your immune system is compromised.
The following safety protocols will continue to be in effect:
Temperature checks and health screening questions at the door.
Social distancing of at least six feet.
Advance registration for group exercise classes, the fitness center and lap swim. We will also continue to offer outdoor and online classes.
Sanitizing of all surfaces throughout the day, and deep cleaning on Sundays.
Use of MERV 13 air filters with air intakes fully open to allow for more fresh air.
NEW! The men’s and women’s locker rooms are now open for changing and showering. Capacity is limited to 8 people by key pass. Please view the new protocols. The universal locker room will also be open before 8am, after 4:30pm and all day on Saturday. Thank you for your cooperation

Most of our facility, including the pools, fitness center, gymnasium and group ex studio are open. We are restricting capacity and following social distancing protocols, so reservations must be made. Please view our program guide to view our programs, including youth swim, sports, gymnastics child care and adult fitness.
The below protocols were developed in accordance with CDC guidelines and the recommendations of state and our local government authorities.
