Alan GI have been a member of the Y since the early 90’s and have always been appreciative of the welcoming nature of the Y!

The Y has certainly helped me on the path to a healthier, more fit life. The spin instructors are all terrific, encouraging and take the tedium out of exercising.

In addition to the spin classes and general work-outs, I take JT’s HIT class. He works muscles that you didn’t know existed! I think that I can speak for all class members in stating that we get the benefits of personal training in a group class and are all better equipped to pursue our other activities (tennis, skiing, basketball etc.) because of the HIT sessions.
