I am 13 years old and a Mamaroneck resident. I’ve been a member of the WaveRyeders swim team for the last five years and that’s why I come to the Rye Y. I heard about WaveRyeders when I was a member of the Rye Golf Club team and since I like swimming, I decided to try out. I come to practice most days (or at least try to!).
Sometimes before or after practice, I use the ExerZone. I enjoy competing at meets, especially Leagues and States. The coaches here are very good, such as Kate, Brendan, and Eugene. I also have enjoyed spending time with the friends I’ve made on the team.
