A friend recommended Aqua Jog at the Y to me. She is retired and thought I would enjoy it. I do Aqua Jog four times a week. Aqua Jog has helped me get fitter so now I do the Basic Training program with Laura three times a week. I am from Purchase. I have also participated in the knitting hats for cancer.
Because of my exercising I can do so much more. I am more aware of my body posture. I also think it is helping with my arthritis…to keep moving. The ladies in Aqua Jog have become friends. We have a Christmas party every year and coffees throughout the year because we get to know everybody.
I also enjoy the blood pressure check with Helga on Mondays. I show my physician my little card!
