I exercise to stay in shape. I’ve been a member of the Y for approximately 20 years and it has been a very positive experience. It is a good facility with good trainers, good equipment, and good attitudes by everyone. My wife is a member and enjoys aqua jog sessions in the pool.

I go to the fitness center for stretching, balance and strength. Exercise is extremely important to me because I’m 82 and have Parkinson’s. My doctor tells me that exercise is crucial for management of Parkinson’s. Exercise is number one, even ahead of medication. I come here four to five times a week. I’ve got to do it.
