Teen Fitness

The Rye Y offers several opportunities for teens to work on fitness goals. Members age 12 and up (or 11 and up and in the 6th grade) may work out in the Freestyle Fitness Zone.  Personal training is also an option. Teens age 14+ may participate in our Group Exercise classes. Please check the current schedules for details.

We also offer several classes just for teens ages 11-15.  Please check our program guide, coming in the fall.

Teens age 15+ or Teens 14 + with a Passport Card may work out in the Fitness Center. To learn more about the Passport Card and other teen fitness options, signup for the fitness clinics this summer or contact Diana Vita at 914-967-6363 for more information.
