March Madness Annual Benefit: Saturday, March 28, 2020 –  7:00 to 11:00pm
Rye Grill and Bar, Rye NY. Join us for an informal evening of food, fun and basketball! March Madness raises funds for our Y Cares Financial Assistance Program which allows us to keep our doors open to all! For family sponsorship information and tickets click here

Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program
An evidence-based program that features personalized support for people who have been diagnosed with high blood pressure. Wednesdays from 10-11:30am and Thursdays from 12-1:30pm. Click here for details.

YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program – Starts April 15 at 6pm. Get up to 4 months membership to the Rye Y FREE
