Balance Basics with Joy – Monday, Wednesday: 1-1:45pm
Learn balance techniques to help with the way we sit, stand, and walk, as well as other daily living activities. Will focus on posture, sensory training, strength training, and tai chi.

Walk with Ease – May 10-June 18
A six-week evidence-based walking program from the Arthritis Foundation. You do not need to have arthritis to enroll in this program and we welcome all fitness levels.

Exercise at the Y
Fitness Center, lap swim and live group exercise/indoor cycling classes are available by reservation. Please call 914-967-6363 to reserve a spot two days before. (Call Friday for Monday.)
