In early November, Rye Y staff led a developmental workshop for 150 Mamaroneck teacher aides. Three training sessions of 50 participants each focused on practices to improve the emotional and physical well-being of students and prevent bullying. Role playing and hands-on exercises allowed participants to learn helpful tactics and recess games first hand.
