Rye Y Celebrates Nat’l Senior Health & Fitness Day

The Rye Y welcomed over 30 older adults on Wednesday, May 28 for an afternoon devoted to senior health & fitness. Participants sampled several classes including Zumba, Yoga & Breathing, Enhance Fitness and Ta’i Chi. The event was free and open to the community.
