[October 8, 2015] The Rye Y’s 21st annual Christopher D. Mello Golf fundraiser on Tuesday, October 6, was a great day for all involved. Golfers enjoyed a sunny day on the links at the Old Oaks Country Club in Purchase while supporting a great cause.

The annual golf outing raises necessary funds for the Rye Y’s annual campaign, allowing the Y to keep a powerful promise – no one will be turned away from a Y program or activity because he or she can’t pay. “We are grateful to our generous players and sponsors for supporting this event, said Sally Wright, Rye Y’s Development Director. In 2015 alone, the Rye Y has already awarded over $480,000 in financial assistance to families, adults and youth.
