Achievement is an important focus here at the Y, and many of our members and staff have been achieving success with weight loss through participation in our Weight Watchers program. Together, our Weight Watcher participants have lost over 200 lbs. — and they are keeping it off!
If you need guidance in your weight loss journey, please consider joining Weight Watchers where you will enjoy the benefits of a supportive group of people on the same journey who will be there to help you along the way. Weight Watchers meets at the Rye Y every Thursday at 1:00-1:45 PM.
