We want to express our thanks to all the donors because your financial assistance has been invaluable to us. Last year in November my 3 year old son was diagnosed with a small delay in speech, he did not qualify for any service. The doctor did suggest to find for him some courses where he can spend time with other children of their own age. We started looking, but all were very expensive and our economy it is a little tight to pay it.
We felt frustrated not being able to find something for our son that we could pay. One person told us about this wonderfull place the YMCA in Rye and the opportunity to apply for some financial assistance. We were blessed because we approved. Now my son is taking swimming and sport sampler classes and some weeks in the camp.
Since he is going to these classes and we have seen our son has greatly improved its shares of socialization and development in his language too. Whitout their donations and good heart this would not have been possible. “Thank you very much” to all and each of the donors, because their donations help change and improves lives in many children and families as us.
