Youth Fitness
The Rye Y offers dozens of programs and opportunities to help children move more! From yoga to basketball to lap swimming - there is a fun way for your child to get active at the Y. Check out the youth sports and exercise classes or youth aquatics classes in the program guide.
The Fitness Annex is a great place for families to work out together (children ages 8 and up) or for kids ages 12 and up to work out on their own. Click here to view the Fitness Annex Schedule.
