New and Infrequent Exercisers
First Steps
Our first steps program is a great way for members who
are new to exercise (or who have taken a very long break
from exercise) to get started in improving their health
through fitness. It allows them to create a lifestyle change
that incorporates physical activity in graduated increments.
Members work with specially selected wellness coaches
who help them to become comfortable first in the Annex
and eventually in the Fitness center. Wellness coaches
will introduce members to a complete cardio, flexibility
and strength training program one step at a time! A 12
week program, members who participate in First Steps will
meet with their coach every two weeks as they gradually
progress to a more fit lifestyle.

Group Active Exercise Classes
Activate your Life in only one hour! Group Active classes are designed for people who want to get fit but are not currently regular exercisers. Incorporating all elements of fitness, the Group Active program combines strength, cardio and flexibility into one class.This program has been in development for over a year with extensive testing to ensure participants are successful. Go at your own pace with lots of options to increase or reduce the challenge. Click here for more details.
