promoting active living and healthful eating.

programs that encourage physical activity and
healthy eating habits.
How to Get Involved
Here’s how to help us reach our goal of 88 million
steps in one week:
- Pick up a free pedometer and Step Conversion chart at the Rye YMCA Member Services Desk or
- Print out a Step Tally Log and Activity Conversion Chart (below)
- Use a Step Tally Log to record your daily steps during the week of September 20-27. You can even convert your favorite activities to steps using a conversion chart.
- Return your completed Step Tally Log to the
Rye Y by October 1. Participants logging at least
70,000 steps for the week will be entered in a raffle.
